Shipping Charges:

Return Eligibility:
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Return shipping charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items:

Undergarments or personalized items
Items that show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery
How to Return or Exchange:
Contact our customer service team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
We will guide you through the process, including return address and courier instructions.
Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund/store credit.
Refunds:
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be offered via bank transfer or store credit.
